No Error Detail When Using Upload List Of Items (Doc ID 2747001.1)

When attempting to adding Items to an Item List in RMFCS, using an Upload List, there is an error with no detail (null)
the following error occurs.

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to Task: Create Item List.
Add Description and Merch Level.
Add Items by using the Upload List functionality: include items which exist in RMFCS and items which do not exist in RMFCS.
