Goal

The Automated Maintenance Window (AMW) that is set under the Daily Maintenance is starting later than the time that is specified. For example, you have Daily Maintenance scheduled to run at 11pm ET, but it is actually starting at 11:30pm ET and finishing at 11:45pm ET. 

Why is the maintenance not starting at the exact time that it is scheduled it for?
