Some BI Reports Ran from Reports And Analytics Are Erring With: Path not found

Symptoms
Connected to https://<pod>...com/fscmUI home page.
Navigated to Tools > Reports and Analytics
Instead of clicking on the 'Browse Catalog' button, navigate to the report via the Yellow Folder icon in the upper left hand corner:
All Folders > Shared Folders > Custom > SAS Custom > OTBI Reports > PA > Dashboards > Project Manager Query
Open the report: "Labor / Expense Details"
The report errors out with:
The same issue occurs when saving the report "Labor / Expense Details" to Favorites and trying to open the report from Favorites.
The issue does not occur when navigating to the report from the Catalog:
Browse Catalog: /Shared Folders/Custom/SAS Custom/OTBI Reports/PA/Dashboards/Project Manager Query/Labor / Expense Details
Changes
Instead of opening the report from Browse Catalog, some users are accessing the report from the Yellow Folder icon in the upper left hand corner.
