Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IP Change for Existing P6 and Unifier Cloud Customers (Doc ID 2747060.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


The IP addresses in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data centers for P6 and Unifier will be changing on February 27 2021.

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are informing customers in January 2021 so that customers may proactively prepare for this change if it is applicable.


If you were not informed of the new IP address, please contact your CSM or submit an SR to Support so we can provide the new IP address.

If you or your IT Team explicitly allowlisted the IP address, you/your IT Team will need to add the new IP address to your allowlist.

If you/your IT Team did not explicitly allowlisted the IP address, then you have no action for this upcoming IP change.

If you need to alter your allowlist for this upcoming IP change, you can do it any time between now and February 27 2021. You will need to add the new IP but not remove the old IP. If you do not do this before February 27 2021 you could experience an outage. After the IP address change is completed on February 27 2021, then you may remove the old IP allowlist.
