Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Data Load

After upgrading to R13 21A and when attempting to load HDL files via Import and Load File task from Data Exchange, the following error occurs.

ERROR

A connection to the server has failed. (status=unknown)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to R13 21A
2. Attempt to load HDL file via Import and Load File task from Data Exchange
3. Encounter error message above
