Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Individual Compensation Plan (ICP) option with eligibility excluded and no element entry for US LDG can be awarded to US employees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the option not to be available for US employees.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Team > Award Compensation.
