Symptoms

Users are unable to login to the SIOCS web client even after user is granted the IDCS app roles.

ERROR

Login fail please try again or contact your system administrator
Browser sessions console logs: Failed to process user login: Error: Invalid store.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with user that has sim_admin_users role
2. Login failed.
