Updates to Thirdparty Files using the /files Endpoint are Not Showing on Storefront

Symptoms
Customers may be making changes to an existing thirdparty file and then when they update the file and send the updated version using the /files endpoint (Successfully), they may notice the changes they made arent being reflected in the storefront file when they goto check.
Specifically, the old 'content' will seem to remain even though they got a successful response from the endpoint that the file was uploaded to
