System repeats same Sample numbers for Quality Inspection process if repeated in a WO
In Quality inspection process in a Work Order, system provides a sample number. Once this record is saved and again if the inspection process is repeated for the same step then the system repeats the Sample number. With this when the inspection results are reviewed, there will be repeating of the the sample numbers. This seems to be a bug and has to be fixed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the Quality Inspection twice for the same Work Order Operation.
