Dat file template downloaded from View Business Objects is incomplete/empty.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> My Client Groups -> Data Exchange -> View Business Objects -> search the desired Business Object -> click on Download File (from column Template file)
