Applies to:
Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.04.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Partial quickship is locking the sales order line and cannot be picked later.
The problem occurs when the customer performs a quick ship on an SO line (partial shipment) where Shipped quantity < SO line quantity.
The line is then split by the system and they cannot create the pick wave on the remaining quantity to be shipped.
If they MANUALLY split the line before doing the quick ship on the first line (i.e. line 1.1), it works and can create a pick wave fore line 1.2.
Message received during pick wave(after partial quick ship) : Create Pick Wave Does Not Generate Pick Slip Number of pick slips: 0 and number of picks: 0.
User expects the Pick wave should happen successfully even after partial shipment is performed via quick ship.
