Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Baseline data is not being published to the extended schema (PX schema for reporting). "Enable Baseline Publication" is enabled for baselines in Administration settings.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Baselines should be published to the extended schema (PX schema for reporting).

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. "Enable Baseline Publication" is enabled under Administration > Application Settings > Services
  2. Publish projects
  3. Baselines not published
