ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For succession plans, position type, there is a different behavior in responsive comparing with Classic.
In classic, after selecting the plan type as position, then business unit and position, the department is auto-populated.
This is not happening in responsive UI. Both fields are drop down lists.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In responsive, the department should be auto-populated when the position is selected
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Succession Plan
2. Create new Succession Plan> Select Position plan type > Set the status Active
3. Select the business Unit > Select the Position > Department is not auto-populated
