On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax refund not generated for a current period leaver before P45 is issued

Employee was terminated in current pay period.The taxable pay for the employee was 0 in the period.
Tax code was 1025L and Tax Basis Cumulative
As the employee is a current period leaver, P45 is not yet generated for him.
When processing the employee in payroll run and taxable pay for the period is 0, the system did not producethe expected tax refund.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As the employee is processed using a cumulative tax basis, a tax refund would be expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate employee with a Gross pay=0 in the current period but do not issue P45.
2. Process payroll for the respective employee and period
3. Review run results
4. A PAYE refund is not computed
