Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is no General Ledger balance for any period for year 2019 in any of the financial reports nor on Inquire on Detail Balance Page.
Whereas the balances for 2020 periods are being displayed in the reports as well as in the system.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
General Ledger balance for any period for year 2019 in any of the financial reports or on Inquire on Detail Balance Page should be visible.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go under Period Close-> Inquire on Detail Balance page (search for 2019 periods)
2. no data seen

Due to this issue, Financial Reports not fetching any balances for Period 2019 for any segments.
