FA:RCV:PO Receipt Rest API Is Creating RCV_Transaction_Interface Records In Pending Status (Doc ID 2747962.1)

Goal

Correct transaction created using the following REST API is going into Pending state.
/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/receivingReceiptRequests

Have to manually run the ESS "Manage Receiving Transactions" every time to process these Correction.

How to process these CORRECT transaction records immediately via REST API ?
