Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: When the Approver Requests More Information from a Learning Request Approval, No Email is Sent to the Learner to Indicate that the Approver Needs More Information (Doc ID 2748036.1)

Symptoms

The system has been configured so that if the Learner Requests some learning (eg. either Catalog or Non-catalog), this will go to the Learner's line manager for approval. This has been set up by the approval rule "Learning Request" in :

Tools/Transaction Console/Approval Rules/Learning Request

However, if the line manager, receives the approval notification and chooses 'Request More Information' and fills in the dialogue box with the information that they need, the learner does not receive an Email or a Worklist Notification which contains the request for more information.
