Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Learner Does Not Receive a Notification When More Information is Requested for a Learning Request Approval (Doc ID 2748036.1)

Symptoms

The system has been configured so that if the Learner requests learning (Catalog or Non-catalog), this will go to the Learner's line manager for approval. This has been set up by the approval rule "Learning Request" in the Transaction Console. 

However, if the line manager receives the approval notification and chooses 'Request More Information' and fills in the dialogue box with the information that they need, the learner does not receive an Email or a Worklist Notification which contains the request for more information.
