Information in this document applies to any platform.
The system has been configured so that if the Learner Requests some learning (eg. either Catalog or Non-catalog), this will go to the Learner's line manager for approval. This has been set up by the approval rule "Learning Request" in :
Tools/Transaction Console/Approval Rules/Learning Request
However, if the line manager, receives the approval notification and chooses 'Request More Information' and fills in the dialogue box with the information that they need, the learner does not receive an Email or a Worklist Notification which contains the request for more information.
