The following feature has been introduces in Release 20D: Configurable Project Surveys.

When trying to use it, user is unable to edit or deactivate the seeded questions/questionnaire as the Save and Close button is not available.

We are able to create custom questionnaire with subscriber as volunteering, but in assess project action, only the seeded 3 questions are appearing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created some custom questionnaires, but we are unable to link the custom questionnaire with volunteering project survey.
2. The survey still shows the questions from seeded questionnaire, not for custom
3. Assess Project page still shows seeded questions Me > Volunteering > My Projects > Completed
