Document does NOT have extension during download


Document generation was set up on Trade Transaction and the document is in RTF format. When user views it, system prompts to download a file without extension. That causes a lot of confusion as users don't know what program to use to open the file.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a report with Default Display format as RTF
2. Create Document type with the above report
3. Generate the Document with extension as Microsoft Document
4. View the Document
