Not Able to Select Any Task From Incentive Compensation Workarea. It is Unresponsive. (Doc ID 2748176.1)

All Incentive Compensation users are not able to access any of the Task List from the following workarea :
    Participant Assignments
    Compensation Plans
    Participant Snapshot > Select Participant just hangs when I click on it

However, the task list works from Credits and Earnings navigation.

Chrome and Firefox has the same behavior.  Internet Explorer version 11 worked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
HomePage > Incentive Compensation > Compensation Plan
