Symptoms

 1. Run BICC Extract on PVO "FscmTopModelAM.FinArTopPublicModelAM.TransactionLineDistributionPVO".
2. Check the data in column BillToContactPartyPartyId
3. This column should show NULL, but it shows 0.00
