Candidate Cannot Access Tasks or Submit Tasks - Page Will Not Load, Spinning, Slow Response

Symptoms
Actions related to the candidate accessing or executing tasks are very slow.
- Candidate logs into the career section to access onboarding tasks
- When attempting to open a task, or to submit a task the page spins, clocks and does not load, or takes an extensive time to load
- The issue occurs for all candidates
- Support is able to reproduce if given credentials to test as a candidate
- No error message
If the above issues are being experienced by candidates, open a service request and provide an example. If possible, provide the credentials of a candidate (may be a test candidate) that has tasks assigned in the career section. Alternative, provide a recording of the issue occurring.
The Support team will need to validate the issue to determine if a known database fix will correct the issue. You may reference this Knowledge document in the service request.
