Candidate Cannot Access Tasks or Submit Tasks - Page Will Not Load, Spinning, Slow Response (Doc ID 2748654.1)

Symptoms

Actions related to the candidate accessing or executing tasks are very slow.

Open a service request for support with the details.

If possible, provide the credentials of a candidate (may be a test candidate) that has tasks assigned in the career section.

The Support team will need to validate the issue to determine if a known database fix will correct the issue.
