HR user who has the permission for adding document of records can view payslips of all employees
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The HR user should not have access to view the payslips
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR user has the permission for adding document of records;
2. the user can also view payslips of all employees.
