Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After making modifications in a sandbox in O365 Designer the changes are not reflected in O365 after publishing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the users will see the modifications that were done in the sandbox.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sandbox
2. In application composer navigate to O365 Designer.
3. Make some modifications
4. Publish the sandbox.
5. Login to O365 changes are not seen
