Goal
How to enable spell checker in Problem Description field?
Navigation:
- Edit Service Request > Summary subtab > Problem Description field
- Edit Service Request > Messages subtab > Responses > Description field
The mistypo is recognized and there is the word has a red underline. However, right-click does not show the spell check.
