ORA-12899 Error When Populating RFI_SUPP_CONTACTS_STAGE (Doc ID 2748883.1)

Symptoms

Supplier created in Cloud Financials (CFIN) is not flowing to MFCS in case contact first name and last name is larger than 15 characters, though allowed value in MFCS for contact name is 120 bytes.

Error:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "CFIN_RFI_INT"."RFI_SUPP_CONTACTS_STAGE"."FIRST_NAME" (actual: 18, maximum:15)
....Caused by: oracle.jdbc.OracleDatabaseException: ORA-12899: value toolarge for column "CFIN_RFI_INT"."RFI_SUPP_CONTACTS_STAGE"."FIRST_NAME" (actual: 18, maximum: 15)


Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create or edit a supplier in CFIN.
2. Enter supplier, address and site details.
3. In Create contact tab, enter First Name and Last name larger than 15 character.
4. Publish the message to RFI from CFIN inteface.
5. Notice above error in RFI though Contact Name is VARCHAR (120 BYTE) for ADDR and SUPS Table in MFCS.
