On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to open the Payroll Costing Results,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Excel cannot open the file 'Payroll Costing Results.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups - Submit a flow -  Run Payroll Costing Results Report in Detail mode
2. Try to open the file generated - Error occurs
