Scroll Bar Not Showing Up For Table. (Doc ID 2748974.1)

Symptoms

Issue with scrollbar with the table.
When we give display="list" for the table with loadMoreOnScroll, then the scrollbar doesn't load for the first time.
When we edit code in browser using inspect by changing it to display="grid", then scrollbar loads. Same is the case when display="grid" the scroll bar is not shown once we edit code by changing it to display="list"
