Unable to Open Report Folder in P6 Web, Load Icon Spins ("Error 500 Internal Server Error" in HAR File) (Doc ID 2749072.1)

Symptoms

A specific report was added to a folder in BI Publisher (BIP). Then, when attempting to open the folder in Reports in P6 Web, the folder fails to load and the following error is generated in the HAR file.

ERROR

Error 500 Internal Server Error

STEPS

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Select the Report tab and attempt to open a specific folder.
  3. Note the load icon continues to spin but the folder never opens.
