ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using the Input Interface to Load Purchase Orders, the Shipped Quantity Is Not Populated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Shipped Quantity field to not be zero.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input the Purchase Order and Detail.
2. The Shipped Qty Field is zero.
