How to link/add Project Template to Proposals in Apps composer?

I. Requirement is to create a project while creating a proposal. User used Application composer to
    a. capture additional fields relevant for project creation
    b. invoke ‘projects’ REST service via groovy script to create the project

II. User wants to expose Project Template, Organization, few project classifications, DFFs in the custom UI and send this data in the payload to create project.

III. Step

    Configuration > Sandbox > Enter Sandbox > Apps Composer > ERP and SCM > Proposals > Fields > Create Dynamic Choice List > Create Dynamic Choice List : List of Values > Related Object
