On : version, Data Load

After upgrading to R13 21A and when attempting to upload HDL files from local PC or MAC via the Import and Load Data task from Data Exchange, the following error occurs.

A connection to the server has failed (Status:unknown)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to R13 21A
2. Attempt to upload an ZIP file within the Import and Load File task from Data Exchange
3. Encounter error message above
