Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using the security by assignment does not allow some approves to see the details of the Individual Compensation Plan (ICP) details on the notification.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that all the details of the rewards are listed on the approval notification.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign ICP.
2. Approval notification.
