On Unifier : Version 20.9 through 20.12
When trying to create a Cost type Business Process (BP) record that is references a Base Commit that has the 'Allow Commitment based Funding and Assignment' setting enabled in uDesigner:
The record should be created without incident.
An Alert pops up that reads: This business process requires additional setup in Funding Sheet under Assignment Levels
It should be noted that no changes were made to the Funding Assignment before or after the upgrade.
Unifier is upgrade to version 20.9 through 20.12.
