On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Setup and Configuration

While creating a project set, getting an error -

Reported Error
Attribute PartyId in ProjectSetAM.ProjectSet1 is required

Replication Steps
1. Navigator> Projects> Project Financial Management
2. Manage Project Sets
3. Create Project Set
