Edit Collaboration Messaging Service Providers
Edit Collaboration Messaging Service Providers returns an error when you attempt to Create Connection, the system returns an error

You must enter a user name and password that matches the network connection credentials. (CMK-4215185)




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Collaboration Messaging Service Providers, Select Oracle Supplier Network, then Edit
2. In Edit Collaboration Messaging Service Provider , Select Account Setup > Create Connection
3. In Create Connection popup enter the following information
environment name = test
network user name = value
network user password = value
oracle cloud username = value
oracle cloud user password = value
Press Submit
Error message is returned
You must enter a user name and password that matches the network connection credentials. (CMK-4215185)
