Problem Summary
National Identifier should not be visible to Agents in the Primary Point of Contact search results.

Problem Description
Agents should not be able to see National Identifier from Primary Contact due company policy data protection. How can we hide National Identifier?



1. Login application

2. Open Help Desk

3. Open HR Service Requests

4. Create Service Request

5. Search for Primary Contact

6. Observe National Identifier information is displayed.
