Symptoms
The error “A primary assignment already exists (PER-1530239)” can occur when:
1. Attempting to add a new primary assignment or to set an existing assignment as primary via HDL Worker.dat file.
2. Attempting to add an employee who has 3 period of service records via HDL Worker.dat file.
