Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

P6/Unifier reports in BI Publisher (BIP) are failing because they are reaching the 600 second timeout limit.

The following error occurs:

SQL Query Time Exceeds the Limit (600 Sec)

Note: User may also receive error XMLPGEN-03111 : user requested cancel operation when running report online within BIP UI rather than via Report Job.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Reports should be running successfully and completing more quickly.

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Schedule or run the report in BIP
  2. Report fails to run because it exceeds the 600 second timeout.
