On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Other Issues

Data not being filtered by comments in getDocumentIdsForFilePrefixAsync service

Users are using getDocumentIdsForFilePrefixAsync SOAP service of https://servername.oraclecloud.com:443/fscmService/ErpIntegrationService?WSDL to fetch the file based on the comments appended.
When using AD1 as comment in the payload, No data is being fetched. Although through generic OP service users are able to see the comment was there as AD1 to the file.
How to resolve this?
