Symptoms

Problem Description:

When Third Party (approved vendor) integration runs (performs the RESTAPI call: /hcmRestApi/resources/latest/recruitingPartnerCandidateDetail), the following error occurs:

ResponseCode=403

 The payload is also empty/blank, indicating that nothing was returned from Oracle.
