Error Using Resource Quick Import Spreadsheet Macro (Doc ID 2750486.1)

Goal

I am using the Import Resource Spreadsheet Quick Import, but during the first test I get the error:
"An error occurred during the data import. (MKT-285235) Details: This error occurred while importing data: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.RowValException, msg=JBO-PER:::PER_CORE_INVALID_CHAR_SET_CONT: "
Could you please give me some more information about what is causing it and how can I solve it?
