Error when adding Development Goals to Performance document

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Performance Management
When attempting to add Development goals to Performance document the following error occurs.

PerformanceDocumentUIAM.oracle_apps_hcm_careerDevelopment_core_uiModel_applicationModule_DevGoalDetailsUIAM.DevelopmentGoalsVO is required.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Career and Performance > Performance > Select Review Period > Click on Performance Document > Click on Career and Development Goals > Click Add > Enter details then save and close > View error

Due to this issue, users cannot add development goals to PD
