OCI, Originating IP Addresses No Longer Forwarded With SSE Requests (Doc ID 2750772.1)

Symptoms

Calls from the SSE Server are no longer forwarding the incoming IP address from our 3rd party service.
Previously we saw this information in the "x-forwarded-for" details on the call header but they are on longer there after OCI migration.
