Why Is LEGAL_MESSAGE_STATUS Not Being Populated In ZX_LINES? (Doc ID 2750787.1)

Goal

In previous release (on premise) the column legal_message_status in zx_lines got populated if an invoice had tax conditions that met a tax rule with attached legal justification text. Now in the 20B release, this is no longer populated as before. We have also tested to attach the legal justification text directly to a tax status and creating a receivables invoice with this tax status, still legal_message_status in zx_lines is not populated.

We need this information in order to include it in our communication of invoices to the customers. What is the reason for this not to be populated anymore?
