StoreMod Messages Failed To Process With 'java.lang.NullPointerException: null Error (Doc ID 2750828.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to process StoreMod messages in MPS STAGED MESSAGE table, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:


1. Updated the Customer_order_ind flag in Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service for store A
2. StoreMod Message is published to SIOCS
