On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Talent Review

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When logged in a session other than English (French/German) language and navigate to My Client Groups > Succession Plan > Open a succession plan > Locate a worker which is having Other accessible plans, click on the link > the title of the section is in English and not in local language

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Candidate Info by Plan should be translated in local language too


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Succession Plan > Open a succession plan > Locate a worker which is having Other accessible plans
2. click on the link > the title of the section is in English and not local language
