On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Performance Management

Employees are not receiving an email notification when performance documents are created through eli

Performance documents are created when eligibility batch process runs. But employees and managers are not receiving any notification when document is created. We have enabled the Manager and worker receive notification when human resources specialist has created the worker's performance document notification in talent notification section.
