Browser window grays out in Generate Configuration Report
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

browser window should not gray out and display configuration report record for download
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Application Composer
2. Common Setup > Metadata Manager
3. Configuration Report section > Generate
5. Keep default selection and press Generate
6. Window grays out

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to download configuration report
