Common Lookup Upload Created More Than 1 Records For Each Lookup Code In The File (Doc ID 2751202.1)

Symptoms

After importing lookups data the system generated more than one lookup codes for each row they are all the same lookup types but have a different Language.

The expectation is that only 1 row will be created for US - English.
